Dr. Fashemo is excited to continue his professional career in the Dallas area, having been actively recruited to relocate and establish a private orthodontic practice to support the craniofacial anomalies program based at Medical City Dallas Hospital while also serving as the Medical Director of Craniofacial Orthodontics at the same hospital. This new office (Fourth Dimension Orthodontics & Craniofacial Orthopedics) is now open for business and currently accepting new orthodontic patients.

Dr. Fashemo’s professional interests include general orthodontics; treatment of malocclusions and abnormalities in jaw development; comprehensive orthodontic care for the pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients; and surgical orthodontic treatment of cleft lip and palate and other craniofacial anomalies. In addition, Dr. Fashemo is proficient in the technique of pre-surgical nasoalveolar molding (PNAM) for newborns with cleft lip and palate, and will make this service available as well. Dr. Fashemo will focus his Dallas, Texas, practice on the full spectrum of conditions treated by specialists in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics as recognized by the American Dental Association, utilizing the latest technologies in orthodontic braces.

Dr. Fashemo believes that it is a privilege to engage in the professional practice of orthodontics and takes the doctor-patient relationship very seriously. His overall practice philosophy reflects his belief that every relationship is special and must be cultivated.
